How do I delete my account? – Dex

If you want to delete your Dex account, the steps depend on the platform you are using. Follow the instructions below to remove your account and all associated data.

iOS

Select your Avatar at the top Navigation Bar

Select Data > Delete Account

Read the information on the screen, then confirm you want to delete your account

Web and Android

Go to your Dashboard

Select Edit near your profile information

Scroll all the way down and select Delete Account

Read the information on the screen, then confirm you want to delete your account

Before You Delete

Deleting your account is permanent

Your collection and settings will be removed

Export any data you want to keep before confirming
