How to Cancel Dex+

Manage or cancel your Dex+ subscription on iOS, Android, or the web depending on where you originally subscribed.

You can cancel Dex+ at any time. The steps depend on where you originally subscribed — iOS, Android, or the Dex web app.

How Dex+ Billing Works

  • iOS: Subscriptions made on iPhone or iPad are billed through your Apple ID.
  • Android: Subscriptions made on Android are billed through Google Play.
  • Web: Subscriptions made on the Dex website are managed directly by Dex.

Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.

iOS (App Store)

  1. Open the Settings app.
  1. Tap your name at the top.
  1. Select Subscriptions.
  1. Choose Dex+ from the list.
  1. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

Android (Google Play)

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  1. Tap your profile icon (top right).
  1. Select Payments and subscriptionsSubscriptions.
  1. Choose Dex+.
  1. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.

Web

  1. Sign in to Dex on the web.
  1. Click on your avatar at the top bar
  1. Select Dex+
  1. Click Manage subscription or Cancel Dex+.
  1. Follow the instructions in the billing portal.
 
💡

After you cancel:

  • You keep Dex+ features until your current billing period ends.
  • You won’t be charged for new periods.
  • Your account and collection data remain intact.
