Promo codes let you unlock Dex+ at a discount or for free. These codes can only be redeemed through the Dex website during checkout.
Where to Redeem a Promo Code
Promo codes are redeemed through the Dex website checkout, powered by Paddle. They cannot be redeemed through the iOS App Store or Google Play Store.
How to Redeem a Promo Code
- Open Dex on the web at app.dextcg.com.
- Tap on your profile picture or avatar in the top right corner.
- Select Dex+ from the menu.
- Choose your preferred plan (Monthly or Yearly).
- Tap Continue to open the checkout.
- In the checkout window, enter your promo code in the discount field.
- The discount will be applied to your total before payment.
- Complete the checkout to activate Dex+.
Some promo codes may only apply to a specific plan (Monthly or Yearly). If your code isn't working, try selecting the other plan.
Good to Know
- Dex+ is universal. Once activated, your Dex+ subscription works everywhere, on iOS, Android, and Web, regardless of where you purchased it. You only need to use the website to redeem the promo code itself.
- One code per checkout. Only one promo code can be applied per transaction.
- Already subscribed through Apple or Google? You'll need to cancel your existing subscription first before purchasing through the website with a promo code.
