If you were accidentally charged or believe you’re eligible for a refund, the process depends on where you originally subscribed — iOS, Android, or the Dex web app.
Refunds for mobile store purchases must be handled directly through Apple or Google, as Dex cannot issue refunds for subscriptions billed through the App Store or Google Play.
How Refunds Work
- iOS: Apple manages all billing and refunds for App Store purchases.
- Android: Google Play handles refunds for subscriptions purchased on Android.
- Web: Subscriptions made on the Dex website are handled directly by Dex.
Refund policies vary by platform. Apple and Google make the final decision for store-billed refunds.
